   Physical Requirements for Rescue 1122

 

• Running:  Males under 30: 1 mile in 10 minutes.
• Running:  Males over 30 and women of all ages: 1 mile in 12 minutes.
• Mounts and push-ups: 25 per minute (except for women).
• Height: The minimum height for men of all cadre except DERT Series No. 11 Rescuers is 5 feet 4 inches, with a minimum height of 5 feet.
• The minimum height for women in all cadres is 5 feet.
• Chest: For males, all frames except DERT rescuers must be no less than 33 inches tall.

1.      Eligible applicants can submit their applications to Pakistan Testing Services PTS.

2.     Candidates who wish to apply should visit the PTS website www.pts.org.pk to download the application form and challan form.

3.     Application forms must be submitted to PTS by July 8, 2022.
