Executive Forecasting and Budgeting

Position Details

• Location: Head Office, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• 👉🏼Coordinate with the sales and production planning team to prepare forecasts.
• 👉🏼Plan annual and quarterly sales budget and reports.
• 👉🏼Review quotations and coordinate with the supply chain team for raw materials procurement.
• 👉🏼Facilitate setup and maintain up to date information of all customer segments in the Oracle Master Database..ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all segments.
• 👉🏼Daily circulation and coordination with hte sales team for dispatch approval.
• 👉🏼Review dispatch plans prior to go-ahead.
• 👉🏼 Extract data form Oracle and covert to Excel for review before dispatch approval.

Requirements

• 👉🏼Education:BBA/MBA from HEC recogized university.
• 👉🏼Experience:Minimum 4 years of experience specializing in forecasting, budgeting,reporting,and other backend support assignments.
• 👉🏼Relevant industry:Manufacturing, Textile,Electricale and Electronic appliance./li>
• 👉🏼Age: Maximum age upto 32 years.
