Role Description

• 👉🏼Responsible for complete supervision of the store.
• 👉🏼Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• 👉🏼Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• 👉🏼Monitor and maintain inventory levels and act accordingly.
• 👉🏼Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets.

Skills

• 👉🏼People, operations management, and customer management skills are a must.
• 👉🏼Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
• 👉🏼Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
