Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Troubleshooter to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, online camera systems, hardware and software installations, and general troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• 👉🏼Responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
• 👉🏼Configuring and maintaining networking systems.
• 👉🏼Managing online camera systems for surveillance.
• 👉🏼 Installing and configuring hardware components.
• 👉🏼Installing and configuring software applications.
• 👉🏼Ensuring proper connectivity through effective connector installations.
• 👉🏼Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• 👉🏼Providing technical support to end-users.
• 👉🏼Collaborating with other IT professionals to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• 👉🏼Proven experience as an IT Troubleshooter or similar role.
• 👉🏼Strong knowledge of networking principles.
• 👉🏼Proficiency in hardware and software installations.
• 👉🏼Experience with online camera systems is a plus.
• 👉🏼Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• 👉🏼Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• 👉🏼Strong communication skills.
