Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager Accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our fertilizer business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing effective accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• 👉🏼Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
• 👉🏼Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with company guidelines and accounting standards.
• 👉🏼Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• 👉🏼Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
• 👉🏼Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
• 👉🏼 Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• 👉🏼Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Qualifications Requirements

• 👉🏼CA (Finalist)/ ACCA/ACMA Qualified-Proven experience as Manager Accounts or in a similar role.
• 👉🏼In-depth knowledge of accounting principles,regulations, and best practices.
• 👉🏼Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 👉🏼Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 👉🏼Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• 👉🏼Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
