Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving polymer sales, overseeing all aspects of the sales process from initialization to delivery .
• Gather Market intelligence through customers relationships .
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans .
• Identify and build Relationships with new customers.
• Collaborate with the sourcing and global trading teams.
• Work closely with finance for risk assessment and payment solutions.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth execution with the operation team.
• Represent the company at conference and trade shows

Required Skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrate adaptability and entire entrepreneurial mindset.
• Familiarity with freight, logistics, operations, payment and credit solutions.
• Understanding of polymer market in Pakistan and Internationally with a focus on sales, customer engagement, market development and downstream knowledge.
