Job Responsibilities
- working with Manager Talent Acqisition on recruting planning.
- Attract aplicants by placing creative job advertisements on different platforms include, professional forums, social media, newspapaers etc.
- Hunting and tapping potential candidates by using different mediums.
- Conducting interviews for the positions according to the capetency based criteria.
- Maintaing and MAnaging Data pool for every position according to the provided Data sheet format
- Develop a pool for qualified candidates for future openings
- Conduct the exit interview and its analysis for presenting the outcome to the management
Required Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- One or two years in the relevent field.
- MBA-HRM/ MPA from reputable university.
